Pfaser will be staying here!!!
Hi, I am Pfaser. I am a 6 year old registered Arabian gelding. I am currently owned by Ruby Ranch Horse Rescue . I am a pretty mellow, easy going guy, I get along well with other horses, and I absolutely love people. The more attention I get the better as far as I am concerned. I am in foster care here at Deseos Arabians where Lori will be riding me and getting me back into shape. I have some basic training but nothing fancy. I stand well for mounting, can walk, trot, turn, circle, back up, and halt while under saddle. I am really good about picking up my feet for cleaning and get in and out of the horse trailer with ease. My personal information is below as well as pictures of me, my pedigree, and my training notes from Lori. Check back frequently for updates I am sure I will be progressing quickly, I am so smart! I have already made a friend here, he is a Paint gelding named Apache. He is my best friend and I stick by him when turned out to pasture. I also get to socialize with two baby girls, Libby and Trance. I am the only horse other than Apache that gets to be turned out with them. I am teaching them how to behave in a herd. I am so special. My training and activity log (below) is updated daily so you can see what I'm up to!
01/2/2010: Pfaser was paste wormed today. He was the best of our whole herd! He took the wormer on his own, no halter, no handler, no restraint, he was at liberty. Lori just pointed the tube toward his mouth and he grabbed hold of it and held it in his teeth while Lori pushed the plunger in delivering hte wormer. Amazing!
