Take advantage of our equine educational services and start enjoying the world of horses! Find out what building a natural relationship with horses has to offer. We are not a competetition barn, we are about making riding fun for you and your horse and specialize in working with recreational riders. Deseos Arabians is not a competition, breeding, sales, or show barn. We specialize in the enjoyment of riding for recreational purposes. We provide education in classical equitation, horsemanship, safe horse keeping practices, horse ownership for the average family or first time horse owner, tack selection, and starting untrained horses.We support horse rescue efforts, are anti-horse slaughter, anti-rollkur, support the wild mustang, and do not condone harsh training methods, force, "quick fixes", or gadgets. Auxiliary reins, mechanical devices, tie-downs of any kind, tight nose bands, severe bits, or any other "devices" detrimental to the horse are not allowed on our property. It is our desire to provide a safe and enjoyable environment where riders and horses may enjoy their time together.
Equestrian safety helmet, long pants, and boots with a heal are required while mounted. Boots are required when working around or visiting horses.
We are a "Tobacco Free" ranch.
Smoking or tobacco use of any kind is not allowed anywhere on the property. Please take time to read all of our Ranch Safety Rules before arriving to ride or visit!
